  开车来的，周边没什么商业街挺安静的，视野开阔。前台服务员不怎么特别热情，一路从山东开车住过来遇到的服务员都很热情。他们算中规中矩吧。大床很舒服，但是没有浴缸挺失望。早餐中规中矩，种类不是特别丰富但基本都有能吃饱

  酒店位置好，市区繁华地段，离高铁站湛江西站35元左右路程。客房送水果、小食和甜品糖水，确实很感激，房间还有书籍，床铺适中，赞。早餐品种齐全、健康营养。不足之处好像未设无烟楼层、早晨电梯里碰到一个客人抽烟要进电梯马上制止了.....五楼的游泳池不错，但外来人员的数量未管控，且水质不是太好。

  第N次来住这家酒店了，酒店管理很到位，服务很好，周边出行也方便，吃饭的地方很多，停车位也多，续住酒店还送有晚安甜品，设施也很新，个人很满意。以前湛江还没有喜来登的时候，很多大明星来开演唱会都住在嘉瑞禾，所以证明酒店还是很不错的。

  还可以吧，一包玉溪 48 加15服务费 50几我可以理解。但是最后给我一包假烟我就理解不了
