非常好的体验。无敌海景加无边泳池，拍夕阳特别唯美。管家服务很周全和贴心，谢谢细心温柔的管家秀川，还有热情的小李司机，一大早5:30开车带我们去看日出，这是我最开心的一次海岛游了。物有所值，下次还来。

酒店处于山间，房间不错😀服务很好！酒店提供免费接送，事前预约送至山下晚餐，不知什么原因耽误了半小时也没车，被迫步行下山，并投诉。返回酒店后，经理主动来道歉，并承诺次日为一行六人提供免费午餐道歉。午餐非常丰盛，菜品绝对提现了诚意，大家一致为酒店管理点赞！

这么贵的房间，14点都没能入住，足足等到15：25才能入住。服务和收费完全不成正比，如果你们完成不了房间的卫生，还不如当天不要让客人预订，非常失望，非常不推荐！

The service and staff there are all very nice and professional. I would like to say it was one of the best services for hotel in my experince. But there are much rooms for improvement in the hardware of the hotel. The site is indeed so small and is lack of facilties for entertainment. The software there are far better than the hardware.
