我是第二次住了，说真的这次真的太失望了，第一次住服务挺好的，所以再次光顾，但……订了两个房间，第一间房间黑黑的很多灯都打不开，我上个厕所玻璃关上后就打不开了，想打电话去前台，电话是没电流打不通的，要老公跑下一楼叫前台叫人来。我就这样被困厕所里，服务员来很粗暴大力将门硬顶推开我在里边是很怕玻璃碎裂啦！要求帮我们换房，服务叫我们又下去前台办理，跟前台的说这情况，那两女的好像不在乎的样子，脸臭臭的。好了，几经周折换了房，一看双床房每床只配了一个矮矮的枕头和被子，打电话想多要个枕头和被，被告知要50元一套？😓😓😓还是第一次听说要加钱的，通常酒店都会备一床被子或毛毯在柜子里供客人用，以后绝不再来。
