酒店环境非常棒，酒店在前台值班的宾客服务经理张羿仁提前帮忙确认房间及入住情况，服务贴心到位 态度超好！面朝大海，简约高级的客房体验不要太好，还有配送免费水果和饮料，服务方面十分贴心周到，方方面面都十分满意的，性价比

服务很周到，经理和前台服务生都很好，Alisa和Clare，Amy，都很优秀。交通便利，距离2公里旁边就是海边情侣路，沙滩，太漂亮了。

酒店住过好多次，但由于疫情措施，本次入住体验不太好，入住酒店需提供当天本地核酸检测记录，到达酒店后，检测记录还未更新出来，一名前台告知要等待后，就离开了，做为一家传统连锁五星酒店，不应该告知是否可以在大堂，或单独设置的休息处等待吗？一直在门口等了半小时，而后还是先行离开了酒店，后等待更新了记录才又返回。
