开房后可以进门口，出来外面吃完饭回酒店就不能刷卡了，要去前台刷卡，酒店理由是卡消磁了，根本不是理由，还说星级酒店，我住这么久的酒店都没有发生过这种问题，服务有待提升

五一假期不能外出，住个酒店当度假。这次选了“63”层，订了行政城景房，算是性价比很高的行政房给的13的房型挺宽敞的，望出去的景色很好看，还能看到小蛮腰和一点江景。行政酒廊的欢乐时光还挺多选择的，补充的也很及时。早餐也很丰富。前台安妮的服务态度很好，还快就办好了入住和退房。

以前经常入住这家酒店，原因是这家早餐是真的很丰富，品质也很好，第一次都有点被震撼到了。后来发现，皇冠假日都有早餐很好的特点（但是都比不过广州中心皇冠假日这家，包括其他品牌的），之后每到一个地方，就尽可能选择皇冠假日。时隔六年，再次入住广州中心皇冠假日，发现服务还是不错，特别前台Niki，特别热心，本来只能延迟到两点退房，后来她帮忙特地申请到四点退房，在这里表示感谢。不过，房间设施略显陈旧，早餐品类和品质都有所下降，但比绝大数同等档次酒店早餐还是好不少
