位置和硬件是很好的，尤其装修非常精致，一直在这边住。但不知道是否是管理方频繁更换，管家服务越来越差，这次到店入住和离店全程无人无服务，开发票都是打扫阿姨带路出去开的，耽误二十多分钟差点没赶上高铁。作为一直支持这家店的老顾客，也对这种服务无法容忍，作为重服务的酒店行业，即使房客再少，开门营业也必须有人服务，不然不如关店休息，干嘛还要开门营业呢？

晚上十一点多到达酒店🏨从杭州东站到酒店大约40分钟50元左右。按照管家给发的信息很好找的到！房间做了免费升级，管家服务超级好！因为是别墅酒店所以房间很小，设施完善细节全都做的非常好，一点点的不完美是卫生间的门开关动静太大！早点非常非常好！第二天早上去林隐寺步行10多分钟！

非常不错的酒店，离灵隐寺非常近，步行10分钟就可以到，酒店在北高峰停车场内，住宿会有24小时免费停车券，出门是给收费亭即可，如果没有停车券，过夜差不多要70-80元。这里有非常多的民宿客栈，也有很多小饭店，不管早餐午餐晚餐都可以满足需求。酒店周边环境很好，卫生做的很好,就是房间有一点小，但是露台很不错。
