早餐很好 东西不是很多 但种类齐全 小馄饨面吐司糕点蔬菜鸡蛋牛奶豆浆咖啡水果粥都有！早餐服务人员态度也很好 收拾很勤快！
酒店前台服务员态度很好 服务意识很强 也很积极主动 我们第二天下午在酒店大堂坐了一会才走 前台小姐姐就送来了两杯水 走的时候还送了小零食给小孩子
卫生条件比较一般 进去房间就有一只蜈蚣 急着睡觉 就被我踩死了 第二天早上出门门口有一个烟头

帮朋友订的，上去看了下房间，房间挺不错的，装饰挺美，挺时尚的，床坐着挺软的。服务员很热情，有外卖到了，因为没接到电话，主动打电话到房间并帮我们送上来。因为外卖少了筷子，还麻烦前台妹纸帮我找了双一次性筷子送上来，总之朋友对这次的入住很满意。下次还会带朋友来这里住的。

六楼平台尽量清理下吧，影响心情和美观，，起风的时候灰尘大，花点时间就行。厕所淋浴房下面加条防水条子吧，洗完澡外面全是水。前台接待相当满意，入住当晚的前台小姑娘接待服务真好，这种工作态度是发自内心的，我是酒店职业经理人，我真想把她挖走，哈哈。整体不错，回杭州或者有朋友去那附近会推荐。最后建议大厅和去往电梯的空间增加绿植，花不了几块钱，但效果肯定更好。五星好评，整体服务态度相当不错

一次不错的入住感受，前台小姑娘笑容很甜，办入住很快，来的比较晚，还帮我延迟退房时间，赠送我rio一瓶水蜜桃口味的，房间的床很舒服，点了外卖，保安还帮我送上来了，真好不用我下楼去拿，出门手机上打不到车，前台还帮我打车并帮我行李提上车，十分感谢，我喜欢这个心，离浙大挺近的，离城西银泰也近有很多好吃的，笔芯笔芯
