酒店位置很好，出行便捷。前台服务态度很热情，入住很贴心送了热牛奶。房间干净整洁，被子枕头很软很舒服，设备设施齐全，出行方便。唯一的遗憾肯定就是现在有时候室外温度高，室内没有冷空调，房间内有点热。期待下次入住时有更好的体验！

第二次住桔子水晶啦 酒店位置不错 距离最近的地铁站五分钟步行吧 隔两站就可以到西湖、湖滨银泰 交通非常便利！相比以前苏州住的一家艺术氛围和设施设备没有那么好吧，但对于隔音、音响、灯光模式、自动窗帘这些优势我还是很满意的哈哈！（图是从最近的武林广场地铁站走到酒店的风景）

在上海订的就是桔子水晶酒店，觉得不错，从上海来杭州直接还订桔子水晶，酒店环境好，地理位置优，周边交通便利，吃的也很多，离西湖景区很近，值得推荐。

带着宝宝去的还送了小玩具，前台小姐姐还给了苹果，很贴心哦。房间稍小，但是整洁干净，虽然在街边但是隔音很好。周边购物吃饭都很方便，有个烧烤一条街的样子5分钟路程，再走5分钟到银泰。去灵隐寺打车40元左右。连锁还是放心性价比高的。
