酒店很漂亮，三层别墅的，古色古香的，干净卫生，设施好。服务态度好，每天有水果和矿泉水赠送，由于是家庭亲子游，本来没订上家庭套房，结果给我们免费升级了家庭套房，酒店做事很大气，我们住的非常开心。酒店就在景区里，非常方便，大力推荐。另外，旁边的餐厅味道也可以，价格适中，还给我们打了折扣。以后有机会，还住这家。

酒店距离景区非常近，走路即可以到达西湖。酒店非常好，尤其服务态度更是点赞，由于要7点之前出杭州，大堂服务人员六点就把早餐给我们领出来了，而正常早餐时间是7点开始的，非常感动和感谢酒店的贴心服务。强烈推荐该酒店。
