酒店好棒住着舒服 办理离开时前台Ella 还有礼宾Leon都很棒，帮我提了一个很沉的箱子，前一天晚上帮办理入住的前台 佳佳！非常非常细心并且很有耐心，说话非常温柔，工作效率也很高！酒店很好我很喜欢！

是我遇到的最人性化的酒店没有之一，女朋友父母从杭州转机去香港，选择了金沙湖希尔顿嘉悦里酒店。因为不是自己出行，替家里老人家订的房间，而且需求很多，所以提前联系了酒店，前台sophie帮忙组了一个群聊，感谢经理diana帮忙安排接机，当时到达酒店已经接近凌晨一点了，sophie还特意回酒店一起接待，和Artemis帮忙送行李到房间，老人家回来特地告诉我一定要表扬一下酒店的工作人员，服务非常周到细致，以后来杭州肯定还要住你们酒店

很棒的入住经历，酒店送了很多礼物。礼宾部师浩帮助解决了很多问题，还帮助发了快递。回杭州住酒店首选这里，值班经理刘月的退房办理也很周到细致，非常好的一次体验。
