冲着去西溪住的这个酒店，要了3个房间，到达酒店，门口无礼宾，礼宾部服务意识几乎没有，都是要叫的、客房中规中矩，没什么出彩的地方，房间空调不是很好，热水也不是很热，早餐种类一般，整个酒店服务也一般，没感觉到豪华五星酒店应有的水准，只能说入住体验差
