只能说两个字，完美！可能我对酒店要求没有那么高，我不知道某乎那么多差评是为什么，可能比不上人均百万的某乎吧。但是整个入住体验都很好，去的天气很好，房间的阳光洒进来，一看光线是设计过的，很舒服。出门前面有个咖啡厅，荡漾了一下午。旁边就是钱塘江，散步散心。杭州能有这样一个安宁的远离工作的世外桃源，真的很难得。虽然呆的时间不长，但是真的放松了身心，像在度假一样。而且离市中心也不远。

第一次来的，被周围景色惊艳了，饭后走走消食的好去处，前台小哥哥挺实在的，给我送了几次物品还帮我把外卖提上来了很贴心，早餐送来挺丰富的热腾腾的，大姐很贴心的给我送来了醋很感谢，大家可以选择来这里哦！

酒店是新店呢，服务很到位，早餐都会约定好时间送到房间哦，位置又很NICE，我是运动爱好者，酒店后面走几步就可以开跑啦，早晚跑步环境极佳，很不错的选择还会再来。。

酒店晚上十一点去入住，大门已经上了锁，后保安找的里面人开锁，到前台办理入住，前台压根没有服务人员，写的双早，约定了第二天早上送往房间，结果没人送，座机电话全程无人接听，大堂全程不见服务人员，十点半的时候用手机打通了酒店电话，双早就送来一碗面。中午退房前台也无人
