地段非常好，杭州市中心最繁华的地方，还有停车场！出门一百米就有龙翔桥地铁口，楼下有美食一条街，银泰美食城，走5.6分钟就到西湖边，坐坐游船，看看夕阳很是惬意！
前台服务非常棒，热情、温馨又周到，卫生细节搞的不错，干净整洁。房间比较大，配备齐全，品质不错！
晚上逛了逛附近的吴山夜市和河坊街，太热闹了！非常推荐，出行太方便了，软硬件都舒服！

酒店位置很好，离西湖一公里多点，离湖滨银泰更近，离音乐喷泉也很近，虽然音乐喷泉没开，但不影响酒店位置好，吃住行玩都很方便。
酒店租在一个批发市场的3楼和7楼，前台要怕很多台阶，提行李不方便，对于像我们这样要推轮椅的客人更不方便，住四天三晚没走过正门，坡道很陡，每次都要前台的小帅哥帮忙拉轮椅，也看出来为什么这家酒店前台帅哥多，美女少了😂

房间很大很舒适，比较新很干净，唯一缺点是没有茶几，家庭房只有一个凳子，后来跟前台提了意见他们送上来两个塑料凳，如果有老人要注意厕所门口有门槛，容易摔跤，酒店没有地点只能铺点地巾，还有就是挂衣服的地方有，但是没有抽屉柜，入住天数多的话，衣服没有地方放，地理位置是相当不错，闹中取静，出行也方便。早餐也不错，环境很好。

酒店的地理位置实在是太好了，靠近银泰，嘉里中心，奥莱等等购物中心，吃喝玩乐都在附近找就行了，还有小商品市场，一个字，方便，啥都有呢！前台小美女服务也很好呢，长的甜美人又亲切，还主动告知有洗衣房等服务，贴心❤️，酒店很干净，性价比很高呢👍，下次来杭州还会选择这里的呢！
