除了网络不是很满意，其他都不错，特别是他们家有一位长的像外籍的门徒服务特别好，来来回回住了三四个月，对多数服务比较满意，比较适合商务出差，地理位置好

酒店设施什么都很新，房间也舒服，酒店还给免费升了房，离西湖边也近，走过去一点多公里，也可以门口坐公交，两站路。下次去还住这家。
