几乎每次去机场都住这家酒店，ING品牌的酒店住着还是舒心的。这次惊喜的是升级到了亲子房，小宝贝刚进去就开心的不得了，挺好的，至少不会让觉得赶飞机是多累的事了。

半夜回的杭州，住的这家假日酒店，难得在机场这个地方还有这么家假日酒店，负责接送机，只要15分钟就行。边上是空港新天地，很方便。就是早餐有点鸡肋，9点之前到前台去打包好的早餐，哎放弃了。
投诉：半夜到了杭州居然车子还没从酒店出来！在机场等了15分钟！酒店不会安排时间么？

服务和硬件设施5星，，甚至半夜和凌晨都有专属的商务车帮忙机场接送，非常感谢！唯一尴尬的就是酒店外部环境，好像是在挖地铁，非常吵闹，尘土飞扬。但是房间内部是全新的，而且隔音很好。

飞机晚点凌晨两点了才到酒店，酒店有司机接机。第二天上午醒了，立马网络会议，于是点了个外卖，外卖只能送到大堂，我致电酒店总机能否帮忙送一下外卖，我现在不方便下楼取。 酒店工作人员: 不好意思，酒店规定不能给你送 。 。。我说规矩是死的，人是活的，麻烦送一下拉! 还是被回拒了! 天...... 我下楼看见总台，大堂五六个工作人员，也不是特别忙 。 这条差评我是送给假日高管的，干服务行业不能太死板!

酒店能安排機場接送，方便商務旅客。特別是去余姚寧波的出差行程。食物質素可接受，酒店附近???超級市場但餐廳只有小店。酒店有專門位置作外賣存放點比較特別。

酒店位置好在机场后面，早上4—6点就有早餐啦，品种蛮好的 ，入住时和酒店前台接待员讲一声什么时间到机场他们有专车接送是免费的，从酒店到机场只需要15分钟左右 ，对于赶早班飞机的旅客值得推荐，非常方便。
