建议酒店前台的个别服务员提高点个人素质，明明是自己酒店内部的信息衔接出错，客人到店后需要登记入住，盘问像审犯人，还拉着个脸，一点笑容都没有。好不容易四方盘查确认后，居然在电话里先跟预订部同事较起真来，也是醉了。有对同事不满你事后可以再沟通，客人站着等你们核实都这么久了，不客户优先，居然先顾着自己评理，作为前台，相当不专业！一次非常不好的入住体验。软件有待更进。
酒店设施和周边环境倒是不错，床品也舒服

我和我老公还有我爸妈还有小孩一起 两个房间 豪华大床房 就是酒店对外示意图里的 长相。虽然不大.布置合理到位 利用镜子玻璃门的反射折射 显得很大。拖鞋蛮好的 硬正 我带回家了。位置有点偏 打车去吃个网红店 坐游船什么的 都花了二十多块钱。滴滴打车没有优惠 比大蓝鲸贵。停车场地面的没位置几乎。地下停车场是机械车位 要点技术呢。出酒店左拐步行三百米是网红绿茶餐厅 味道不错 。酒店右拐是香积寺 。酒店后面插过去 是历史文化街区 走过去就是乾隆舫。龙翔臭豆腐真一般。杭州酒家的菜品中等偏上 闷骚南瓜好吃 西湖藕粉不甜 虾仁一般 。新丰小吃排队人多 真一般。
