酒店位子不错，可以步行到西湖。周边吃饭，购物方便。这次订了2间房有一间被免费升级，很感谢前台小黄，服务热情。下次还会选择入住。

酒店服务非常好，前台及行李员都热情有礼。房间够大，唯一不太满意的是可能因为装修不久，房间有一股刺激性异味，有些辣眼睛，只好开了一夜窗。

哈哈，我又来了，第二次入住。很开心这次到达又遇到上次接待我们的黄颖小姐姐，看到她就像看到亲人般亲切。很喜欢这个酒店，干净舒适，服务又好，还很贴心地为客人准备了小点心和睡前酸奶。特别喜欢黄颖小姐姐，服务热情周到又贴心，相信被她接待过的人都会喜欢她。也相信入住过这酒店的顾客都会再次选择入住这里。强烈推荐给大家。

昨夜就入住这酒店，本来打算今天把事情办完回家的，可是没搞定，当然选择继续入住。喜欢这酒店，每次来杭州都选择在这入住。酒店干净舒适，服务又好，多次入住对环境也熟悉，床也舒服，我一般出门都是睡不好，在这就像在家一样，很容易入睡。我是非常幸运的，今天接待我们的人员又刚好是顾顾，昨天是黄颖，看到她们都很开心。（第一次入住就是她们俩一起接待的我们，她们服务热情又贴心，所以对她俩印象很深）我在朋友圈和抖音都发了酒店的照片视频，朋友们都说这酒店不错👍
