1.预定时备注了套房要放小朋友帐篷，到了前台checkin的时候询问是否准备妥当，前台一脸懵，说马上通知客服部去布置，等了一个多小时才拿来这样的一个框一样的帐篷……还不如不要了
2. 厕所门口的硅胶条凸起一个尖刺，划伤了小朋友的手这个高度正好是小孩手会扶到的位置，非常尖锐，因为我们就住一晚且第二天一早就走，也就没有浪费时间再和酒店沟通
3. 酒店内装修后的气味还是有些刺鼻的，进房间后马上开窗和拿空气净化器，两个多小时后空气有好转
4. 整体服务反馈慢，酒店地处杭州郊区，距离市区20多公里，当地司机形容这片是农民房子，入住率不高，吃饭和在酒店内走走都没有什么人，所以对这样的服务响应速度不是很满意
5. 酒店对面是天街商场，基本餐食都有很方便，门口步行200米就是地铁，饮食和交通都很方便，我们从上海坐高铁到杭州东站转一号线，酒店的行政酒廊不大，整体环境好，下午两点到晚十一点，可惜我们只是在杭州待了大半天睡一觉就离开了
6. 第二天早上六点前就退房了，要求酒店打包早餐放在前台，四个面包一盒酸奶一个苹果
总体来说适合喜欢居住环境清净人少的，逛景点肯定是不方便的，我们此次出行是看了父母帮的推送，满足了孩子坐高铁，人少，可以完成老师要求的看动物的作业。
下次如果去杭州也会回住，希望酒店改善服务响应速度和空气质量

服务培训还需要进一步加强，5日退房，10点多钟的时候，服务员不敲门就开门进来准备收拾房间了。怎么样都应该先敲门吧，2秒内无人回应再开门进入。
新酒店，设施设备都挺好的，品牌酒店，其他都不错。
