升级了，带阳台，虽然不朝向西湖，但是空气流通好多了。房间里放着晾衣架，很贴心。8楼景观不错。早茶大众点评网上有100-20的优惠券，很实惠，就是一道菜没上还计算了两遍。到对面湖边过马路车太多，右边一直延着北山路走可以到宝石山，在山脚下看到了小松鼠，意外惊喜。总体因为在景区还是非常不错，假期价格稍高一点。服务态度不错，还是值得一住。

我们是3个大人带1个1岁多的孩子，2张床正好。房间不大，但是很温馨，房间里有巧虎的玩具，绘本，卫生间有给宝宝准备的，小梯子，小马桶，还有洗漱用品都是很贴心的。值得一提的是，宾馆的管家服务十分满意，去之前的一句问路，给了我非常详细的介绍，到了前台接待很热情。第二天早上，一位大叔在电梯口对我们热情告别！这些点滴都让我在杭州旅游有了美好的回忆！如果有朋友过去我也很乐意推荐他们来这里。

我们一家人从香港来杭州旅行，在望湖宾馆入住了3天，感受到了来自宾馆的超温暖服务，遇见的每个都会笑着问好打招呼，房间也十分的整洁干净，而且贵酒店前台的王一鸣小姐很热心的帮我们在网络上预定送机的巴士，到她下班了还特地来酒店门口联系司机送我们上车，让我们可以准时的到达机场，很体贴的小女孩，这是非常愉快的一次旅行，以后来了还住望湖宾馆！

酒店还不错，就是房间有点小，中餐厅味道不错，西湖醋鱼（桂鱼）很好吃，点心也做的很精致，牛肉锅贴很好吃，杨红服务员服务很亲切，送了水果，杭州之行感觉很不错。
