昨天入住的比较晚，但是再晚我觉得一个国际五星连锁品牌的工作人员职业素养和职责还是要有的。昨晚从我进到酒店大堂，门口接待人员没有任何接待礼貌用语，就让扫下健康码看下行程码就指引我到前台办理入住。那我理解他可能是个保安，服务意识还不足够。当我走到前台准备办理入住的时候，一个员工堂而皇之坐在前台那磕着瓜子，这确实有点不敢让我相信这是Hilton集团，旗下拥有数十个酒店品牌培养出来的员工。我朋友过来到访，你们是在背后长了双眼睛吗，都说了马上下去登记入住，还一直打电话，试问换做你们入住是怎样的心情。差到极致，不会再入住这家酒店，以后更会慎重选择希尔顿逸林这个品牌。
