年初一的早上客流量比昨天大，餐厅里人群川流不息但却是井然有序！服务员们都有条不紊地进行着自己的工作。煎蛋的姑娘面色和悦、笑容可掬，语气甜美地问顾客鸡蛋需要几成熟？双面煎还是单面？过后她又会亲自去顾客那里问清状况接受反馈。为她那种精益求精的工作态度点赞！尤其值得表扬的是图3穿西装的先生，他总是忙碌着，一会儿收盘子，一会儿又把干净的盘子端出来，他还会很细心地问顾客需要什么样调料等，忙乎得我只能抓拍到了背影，所以也给您大大的点赞！

入住当天已是年二九的晚上，夜很深、风很凉，饭店的保安毅然在寒风中坚守着自己的岗位。进入大堂灯火通明、喜气洋洋，浓浓的节日气氛扑面而来！礼宾小伙带着和蔼可亲的笑容迎接了我，前台预定的美女们用灿烂的、热情的、如沐浴春风般的礼遇迅速地帮我办理好入住手续，并送上温热的曲奇使我有种回到家的感觉。在这里，我再一次地向你们说声感谢，你们舍弃小家为了大家，不辞辛苦坚守工作，希尔顿有你们这些勤恳敬业的员工，酒店的生意一定会欣欣向荣，一年更比一年好！
