晚上10点左右入住，11点多空调一直不行热的受不了要求换房，前台同意换房但是一直不拿新的房卡过来，酒店维修师傅来了2次就说空调在制冷 是我们太急了 让等，老公气的拔了房卡再次去前台自己换房卡 早餐小孩加15元 品种不多 凑合吃

出差到杭州，选了这个酒店，入驻晚上空调开了一个小时，居然没有降温，打电话前台，前台让我打电话客房中心，客房中心派服务员看了说让工程部来，工程部来捣鼓半天，说就这样了，不行就和前台换房，考虑一下，搬来搬去，衣服都脱了洗了，换房太麻烦，就算了，但是要吐槽几点：1、酒店设施管理不检查，2、前台没培训，客户打电话来应一站式服务，而不是让客户自己找。3、工程部师傅不专业；4、卫生间不应该有假花，应用绿植；5、总体来说服务和管理都不够。

房间干净整洁，环境优雅，自驾还是比较方便的，免费停车很方便，早餐品种非常少，8点多去餐厅的时候居然没有什么吃的了，几乎都拿光了，连牛奶咖啡也没了，真是无语了😓，味道也只能果腹......
