选了离办事比较近的这家酒店，看了点评都说装修比较吵，住进来以后感觉不错，房间也很安静，前台小伙子服务态度也很好办理入住也很快.新装修的大堂很漂亮，早餐品种繁多，晚上酒店门口还有音乐喷泉，整体感觉很好。

进了房间客房服务员告知这间之前是堆杂物的地方，闯进来说要检查一下，垃圾！3楼餐厅有个阿姨好像谁都欠她钱似的

酒店大堂接待非常热情，我们入住的房间都是按照之前的要求给安排的，同时还给我们送了一次性较好的马桶垫(很贴心)。当晚放门锁坏了，维修师傅前前后后维修了一个多小时，可能是门锁比较复杂，维修师傅很为我们着急，担心当晚不能维修好，也及时找了前台为我们更换房间，我说等等(因为有孩子不行李多不便换房间)，好在后来修好了，为维修师傅点赞。
大床房的床真的很大很宽(足足有接近3米宽)。
虽然酒店正部分楼层处于装修期间，毕竟有些年头了，但还算干净，设施设备还算好用。

费尔曼酒店位置不错，服务态度也挺好，只是硬件配置不够好，有些设备已经老化，加之最近正在装修，感觉不好。

入住体验非常差，空调打了半小时才13度，所谓的大床房是拼起来的两张床。叫服务员来修空调，说等半小时就热了，半小时不热之后来个服务员看了之后让再等半小时………非常非常差！
