杭州悦榕庄别墅太差了，没法住，第二天搬到四季，很细致的服务，住过那么多家酒店，这家真的很棒，工作人员不只是态度好，对业务也非常熟悉，礼宾部的人员告诉司机怎么找路，非常清楚，整个酒店管理训练有素。金沙厅值得米其林两星了！

四季真是太漂亮啦和男朋友住的非常舒服，整个古典式的装修，办理入住后送了个小地图，四季大到需要地图哈哈哈，如果花园里的花都开了应该更美，服务超级好，里面的金沙厅菜色应该能比外面楼外楼好吃。房间也很喜欢，不在的时候服务员还会把我们乱丢的衣服叠好，或者用块布垫着，洗漱用品都是欧舒丹的。特别要说一下我觉得四季的床、被子、枕头实在好舒服！怪不得在一楼一透明玻璃房间里有得卖，真想把四季带回家！大家放心入住吧～
