大床房很小，有一股很浓郁的卫生间味道，墙壁上趴着下水道里出来的黑色非常两只，见下图。快凌晨一点才来入住所以没有换房间，明天一早就走，挥之不去的怪味！五星级酒店中最差的！

总体感觉还可以，位置好，离西湖几站就到了，就是服务感觉还有待提高，也没有帮忙提行李什么的， 房间没有很惊艳的感觉，就是中规中矩的，还算是可以吧。大厅倒是挺气派的，晚上还送了水果，感觉不错！
