大厅只是接待，入住是在25楼。整体酒店还是很有底蕴的感觉。各个小角都是一处画的感觉。
早餐：品种很多，可选性也很大。女儿自选的很开心。
因为有留意酒店是有机器人服务的，在前台也特意问了一下。
回到房间，就联系了机器人服务，让小朋友自己去开门，开心的手舞足蹈。
地理位置来说也不错，旁边就是购物广场，打车十五分钟差不多就是西湖了，出门右转公交车四五站？就好兜到购物商圈（步行回来25分钟距离？）。
因为个人选酒店会在意周边的设施，这个地段来说不错(*?′╰╯`?)?

网上评价不错，就订了他家。总体感觉还行，地段好，紧临武林广场，周边有国大城市广场和银泰，吃喝不愁。酒店周围地铁等交通还算方便，去西湖景点也不远。不过1号线武林广场站出站后地下通道七转八弯，找了好久才到酒店??，强烈建议地铁1号线武林广场站出站后增加浙江大酒店指示标识，方便住店客人前往酒店。酒店环境还好，总台在25楼，客房服务也很热情，服务员阿姨还帮忙报修浴室花洒固定架，工程部维修人员响应速度也很快，赞一个！提个建议，请一早打扫房间的服务人员不要在走廊里大声说话，以免影响客人休息。

水龙头流出来的水是褐色的。湖景房根本看不到湖，湖是在几公里外的远眺的景象
