酒店服务超级好，工作负责，房间超级舒服，然后就是白天有点吵，酒店在装修，周末放假会贵点。但是只要服务到位，可以接受，走出酒店就是西湖音乐喷泉。很方便。就是酒店房间送餐服务有待改进，打了三次电话到餐厅订餐，没人接，前台也是，打过去没人接。

酒店服务超级好，就在西湖音乐喷泉边上，房间很舒服，就是现在在装修，白天有点吵，房间很舒适，工作人员都是面带微笑的，真的是微笑服务。美中不足的就是在客房打电话订餐什么的，老是没人接，有点闹心，本来想叫餐到房间的，还有房间里吃的挺多的，冰箱里有小孩子吃的巧克力，这一点还不错

酒店位置很好，就在西湖边，旁边就有银泰in77，购物吃喝都方便，步行5分钟左右就是龙翔桥地铁站，出行也不是问题了，4号线直达火车站。酒店在做翻新，8楼在装修不能住，前台还会提醒说几点到几点可能会有装修声，会建议住哪间比较合适之类，五星服务。住了一晚，6楼，反正没听到过装修声，总体非常满意。
