订了高级大床房，说是帮我做了升级了，到房间一看，简直跟如家汉庭之类的经济酒店大小差不多，卫生间还不如经济型酒店里的那么大，洗手池正面都没有镜子，镜子还装到了边上；最可气的是入住当天降温了，房间竟然空调不能制热，打电话给前台，说是中央空调，不给开热风，只能通风，后来前台只让服务员送过来个取暖器，根本不管用，已经很晚了，也不想再麻烦了，结果就冻感冒了，现在又是鼻塞又是头疼，唉…这是我住过的体验最差的星级酒店了，除了地理位置和大厅好点外，其它真不行

带娃来杭州玩，最后选择了维景。老五星酒店，装饰比较老的，门口接待的是郭兆宇和雨晴，态度特别好，还给升级了房间。酒店有很多外国人，早餐还可以，有很多果汁，值得推荐。
