酒店前台很热情，全程微笑服务，还送了个小蛋糕，特别想表扬下酒店员工王玲菇，聂宇琪和李军恺，入住两天，服务超赞，第一次住这个酒店已是2年前了，第二次入住服务一如既往的好。

浙商开元名都酒店建设很宏伟，服务人员都非常棒，见面就会热情问候。还主动提供行李服务，尤其是GRO邢佳琳每次都会提前帮助我安排好房间，前台在办理入住速度非常快，而且介绍的很仔细。酒店地理位置很好，有余之城吃购游欢乐城吃购游银泰城吃购游非常方便。酒店位于高速口、地铁站、高铁站，出行非常方便。前台接待速度很快很热情,等候过程中还有欢迎茶提供。房间设施齐全,卫生间超大超豪华。早餐厅很大,菜肴品种很多很丰富，良心推荐这家酒店
