到杭州办事，顺便带孩子旅游，朋友帮忙订的海华。说实话，除了地理位置离西湖近，近500元的标间价格，其他真心没有感觉出哪里比较出众。首先第一天抵达，我是提前10天就全额交费订房了，但是办理入住时，居然给了我一间守着电梯旁的内窗房，第二天一早，门口就是不断的脚步声和服务员的聊天声。强烈要求换房下，居然给我换了个以前套间改装的房间，和隔壁房间之间还有一个门，再要求换，被告知没有其他房间了，结果，足足听了两宿隔壁不知是大叔还是大哥的呼噜声，外加一宿一个女人的奇怪声音（大家懂得）。早餐108元一位，儿童半价，早餐可以送房间的。房间设施太旧了。不推荐。赶上杭州下雨，还停电了，可是周围其他建筑都有电，估计是酒店太老的原因吧
