酒店就位于景区里，周边环境不错，不过肯定不如市区商业街附近方便。本身距离离西湖很近，但是公交车不多，出租车司机各种拒载往景区方向的人，唯有滴滴司机还靠谱些，淡季价格不上算很高，性价比挺高的，值得推荐

住了2晚，酒店地处西湖景区内，地理位置绝佳，离杭州动物园和儿童公园都很近，周边环境可以，但设施太旧，有张床的角都断了，坐下去重心不稳，吓了一跳，趁着晚饭时间让酒店工作人员给修了才能使用。本来就是想带孩子可以步行游西湖，进动物园，可惜每天下雨，行程泡汤。较为尴尬的是景区单双号限行，我们车牌是单号，入住和离开都是双号，第一天在景区外面逗留到17点后才开进去，第三天回程提前在酒店商务地方做了路线备案才敢在大白天跑出西湖景区。哦，酒店早餐一般，仅限可以吃饱。

服务非常不错的酒店，早上询问一位清洁大叔彭排龙早餐地点在哪里，他居然带我们去吃早餐的地方。让我非常惊讶他们酒店对员工的培训。这里每个员工都会给你一个温暖如春的感觉，入住这里的酒店环境优美，服务态度又好。非常舒服。
