刚进入酒店的时候感觉环境风景不错心想700多的房间应该不差吧，但到了房间那叫一个失望，一进去首先看到的第一感觉就是很陈旧，电视还是台式的，卫生间那叫一个小，空调还不能设置晚上热死，而且刚进去没坐一下就听到门外有人敲门，去看猫眼没看到人，又听到有敲门开门又没人，人也要被吓死了，一晚上开灯睡觉，更恶心的是一份兰州炒饭居然要38一份咸菜面还死难吃的居然要48而且还要加收15%的外送费！我只想说天朝物价真的是吓人！

我住的是山景房！真糟糕的酒店，太老了！1空调是坏的；2网络没有、来修了三次，还是修不好，我问了其他房间的同伴，都是没法子，自带无线路由器也没用，根上坏了；3保险箱有问题；4电视机顶盒有问题；5在抱修时，发现电话竟然也是功能不全的；6当想查找客房服务电话号码时，发现服务指南是信息不全且不是这家酒店的（是另一家海航酒店的）；7房间的灯就一个开关，没床头灯，没夜灯！br也难为了在这里上班的工作人员了，看他们热情的样子，我真不好意思生气！还有一个很脏的水壶！唉！

九溪和梅家坞一直是我个人很喜欢的地方。住在云栖，去梅家坞喝茶，有精力的话走走十里琅珰，已经成为每年春天的常规项目了。云栖住了好几次，总感觉有些可惜，很有味道的度假村设计，却眼看着渐渐走形了。客房的木地板有些松动；酒店的活动不够丰富，无法让人在酒店内就泡上好几天；邻近的鸡叫声扰人清梦（当然这怪不到酒店。。。）。服务和花港海航相比更有国营酒店的做派。
