非常好，酒店就在南山路，离城站火车站很近，酒店对面就是西湖，旁边不远就有公交车站，出去游玩跟方便。酒店的房间大，很安静，设施齐全，有除湿器、智能马桶等设备。前台的美女很热情，早餐品种不多，但是量很多，吃的很饱，推荐那个拌面。一家人出来玩，儿子和老婆都很喜欢这个酒店，下次来还会住在这里。

有特色的小酒店，设施很不错，出门马路对面就是西湖，而且柳浪闻莺相对湖滨来说，人要少得多，非常安静，酒店停车也方便，唯一不满意的是，房间里的毛巾和浴巾发黑发硬，感觉不卫生

酒店就在西湖边上，近柳浪闻莺，离雷峰塔也不远。酒店规模小，安静，装修有格调，卫生不错，空调效果好。早餐需预订，选择不大，部份设备有老化现象(比如枕套有破损）。

这次是给老妈和阿姨订的房间，自从在杭州发现这家酒店后，就一直住这家。
看上的就是出门是西湖，南山路一带又安静，完美！
