总台一位杨姓女孩很好，今天下午13：40左右去申请车辆登记，服务也很周到。因为她5星评价。
早晨退房的女子服务很不到位，停车不提醒我单双号限行。

酒店就在灵隐寺景区旁边，好像是统一管理的，特别适合去灵隐寺景区烧香拜佛的游客，建议大家可以考虑，旁边就是景区入口，卫生条件也很好。还会去入住。

酒店位置比较好，自驾过去比较方便，退房后停车费20一小时，这个周边都是这个价，有位置停就不错了。7路车就在附近，晚上末班车九点半，晚上回酒店方便。说说不好的：房间窗户锁扣坏了，锁了十分钟才锁上，墙上死蚊子很多，退了房后想上个厕所，服务生一会说在4楼，一会说没房卡去不了，退了房服务就终止了。
