你懂什么叫打开门后，迎面而来的恶臭吗？前台服务确实没的说，感受得到她们对这个问题也很无奈，也听到了她们对工作的委屈。一晚上都在帮我处理，最后觉得实在不好意思再麻烦她一个女孩子，就忍一晚上吧，不过还是提醒一下，希望关注一下这个问题！！！

订的时候看中的是离地铁1号线凤起路D3出口只有50米(乘高铁换乘方便)、19年刚开业，设施比较新。作为同程会员，订购还有返现和抵扣，选择10/4入住，价格没有涨得太离谱，还送双早，就和妈妈两人去杭州玩。当天10点多到了酒店，原想寄存行李后去玩，前台女生很贴心，看我们两个人年纪大，主动说当场能安排空房让我们直接入住。我们晚上回来，冰箱里有免费赠送的水果和可乐，雪碧和4瓶矿泉水。房间不大，但设施不错，音响，智能窗帘开关，沙发，干湿分离卫生间，乳胶枕头，花王洗手液等，细节上非常用心。早餐品种可以，就是没有煎荷包蛋，我和妈妈都很满意，下次来杭州还会选择忆泊入住。
