酒店的设施比较陈旧，卫生条件很一般，位置比较优越，到周边景点比较方便。不好的体验是入住期间竟然停了很长时间电，庆幸当时没乘电梯，只好从九楼走下来，感觉很不好。性价比很一般，不会再入住。

我也是醉了，这家酒店太扯，艺龙上订的房含双早，过来没有，店员说没有就没有，也不解释什么。在西湖逛了一圈回来一身汗，房间居然没空调，问前台，说是现在气温低下来不需要开中央空调而且杭州市有规定现在这个天气不许开空调，个人觉得杭州市政府管得也太宽了吧？早上起来房间没电，估计也是杭州市政府的规定，白天不许开灯。。。总之这家酒店不要来了，设施陈旧，且基本的服务都做不到还开个什么！
