酒店大厅非常的宽敞明亮，很多工艺品也非常漂亮，一楼是咖啡厅有早餐和晚餐都是以自助餐的形式，应有尽有。不过就是晚上自助餐时收盘子不及时，服务员都关注不到。一楼还有秋天家 日本料理店，二楼的是中餐，菜品一般吧，游泳池，健身房都在b座凭房卡免费使用。房间WiFi啊，热水，保险箱什么的都有，每次来萧山都首选金马饭店，主要是因为前台的陈泽服务好，安排的房间也很好，也比较专业，入住办理也比较快。

不愧为老牌五星酒店，大堂气派接待人员态度亲和。确实有宾至如归的感觉，尤其是一个女孩服务更是特别到位。当时还特地看了她的名牌但现在却记不得了……叫刘艳什么的，值得表扬

早餐很丰富，服务态度很好，价格也很实惠，送热牛奶，送水果，看我们带着小孩主动提供小孩用具，挺安静的，窗帘遮光效果好
