回国第一站就到了杭州，住的行政间。拖着疲惫的身躯来到房间，看到桌上“暖心的”迎宾卡：亲爱的李先生....给您生病咳嗽为您准备了***希望您的旅程***。看完我就***。我姓孙呀。我刚入住啊。我没生病啊。李先生配得到迎宾卡和暖心的服务我孙先生就不配吗？这反映出两个问题，第一，我作为万豪会员预定行政间并没有为我准备迎宾卡，第二，卫生打扫的不彻底竟然还有上个住客的遗留物。我本以为会在第一天感受到jw的宾至如归，我归心似箭的心在到国内的第一天晚上异常寒冷。最后我反应给经理，等了一个小时，给我送来一个一个果盘，依然还是没送来迎宾卡，令人哭笑不得。希望你们的服务能够脚踏实地并且真正的做到设身处地地为住客着想而不仅仅是做着程序化的道歉和补偿。

首先万豪集团是全球最大的品牌，此次入住杭州JW万豪酒店，离西湖很近，首选酒店，但这次感觉很糟糕一次入住，办理入住手续很快，前台服务员热情，中间换了房间，非常好，我提出来的要求，都满足我了，这一点值得点赞，到了房间整体感觉不错，因为过来游玩，晚上十点多到酒店，已经有点晚了，进房间夜床没有整理，万豪集团怎么没有晚床服务吗？打电话问了一下，说有开夜床的，我心里想了一下，有为什么不开，然后叫服务人员过来整理房间，说了不方便，为啥还叫女服务员过来，当时门一开，该看的到的都看了，当时很气愤，难道没有男服务员吗？这么大酒店，真的搞不懂，说了不方便，难道就是这样对待客人吗？突然脑海里想，对杭州JW万豪酒店太失望了，这方面没有做好，希望以后能有改善，这对酒店来说应该不是问题。希望能做的最好。
