海滨楼比较老是疗养院的房子，有个飘窗加分不少。卫生洁具是箭牌的，比较老。新装修的是海悦，他们都叫特勤楼。可惜第一次没搞清楚。虽然贵了几十。但我们肯定是喜欢新的。位置没话讲，西湖南侧离开湖边几百米。关键是安静和安全，海军站岗还有什么话说。早餐能吃饱，肉包，鸡蛋 油条 粥。烧的一般，但感觉食材不错，毕竟是给老干部吃的。
