入住前Ryan有电话联系询问需求，并祝贺新年快乐。酒店服务人员态度还是不错的，特别表扬门口的小哥，很有礼貌热情。以及1.2日12:50分在12楼遇到的阿姨对客人危险并祝旅途顺利。房间里可以点餐，这点还是挺方便的。

酒店位置很好，临钱塘江，在窗边就可以看到六和塔，早饭后步行2、3分钟就能到江边步行道很近便，楼下就有购物中心，吃饭超市都很方便。酒店非常新，卫生间大又干净，早餐也很丰富，泳池很很舒服。唯一不足就是窗户是密闭的，房间内的空气显得不流通。

五一错峰出行，价格优惠，酒店位置很好，吃饭也很方便。环境没得说，还给加了婴儿床，服务非常好！适合带孩子！

第一次入住杭州艾美，很新的酒店，从头到尾服务很不错，房间视野好，卫生间很大，洗护沐很好用，有点小惊喜。泳池也漂亮，早餐的环境很好，开阔敞亮通透，让人感觉极好，食物中规中矩。要说有待提高的地方：房间内因为无法开窗，进去的时候还是有些霉味，枕头偏厚不是太舒适，卫生间的整体光线有点暗。

服务热情，办理入住和退房都速度很快。泳池干净卫生。唯一一个建议，男更衣室的沐浴间门口可以装一个挂浴巾的钩子，不然没有地方放浴巾，洗完澡后还要跑去更衣柜拿浴巾，有点不方便。

早餐不错，挺丰盛的。停车场足够大，停车方便。尤其是强烈推荐江景房，从房间内就能看到钱塘江的景色。很棒。
