酒店在一个科技园区 地理位置挺偏的 过年期间入住全部满房 早餐的话人多 但是东西还算过得去 房间给升级到高楼层了但是有烟味 后来也懒得换了 开窗去味道 洗护用品还不错 机器人送东西也算有点特色

1、提起两个多星期预定的，10.3入住，10.4退房，电话过前台，说明是做结婚用的，4号早上新郎要来接亲用，前台还说会给做婚房布置；
2、3号下午2点多去前台办理入住，前台说房间还没有打扫好，打扫好了会电话通知。考虑到国庆人比较多，也没有多说什么就回去了；
3、下午去了前台3次，一直没有入住成功，前台给的理由是：房间入住的太多，来不及打扫。问题是明知道国庆期间住客会比较多，为什么不提前安排好客房阿姨，或者控制好住房数量。五星级的酒店，连这么常见的入住问题都解决不了，卖这么多房间做什么？
4、最好拖到开十点入住，第二天新娘要6点起床化妆，和前台沟通能不能延迟半小时或1小时退房。前台说：不可以，规定是12点退房，现在房间紧张，需要及时退出来给新客人住。也是醉了，房间卫生都要拖到晚上9点才能清出来的，连延迟一小时退房都不可以。也就是在青山这边可以这样了，谁让这边没有五星级大酒店呢，你说怎样就怎样咯
