总体来说酒店软件和硬件都是很不错的，尤其是房间面积很大。但是觉得还能略有改善。1.到的时候门口的服务员帮忙引入，但是没有帮忙从后备箱拿行李。2.泳池水温略偏低了一些。3.房间里的咖啡粉没办法喝，没有速溶咖啡。

位置很好，就在宋城北门，走路去宋城十分钟。酒店房间很大，晚上很安静，服务员态度很好。蛮干净的，很满意的一次
