生态环境很好的酒店，再加上服务态度也超级赞，我们入住后，前台看到我们有小朋友，还给我们房间各送了一个小摇马，特别贴心！早餐也还不错，有给小朋友单独准备一些东西！另外值一提的是泳池，蛮大的很干净，有救生员，所以不用担心安全问题！（记得带泳帽，酒店不提供）

我入住时上午11:30左右，由于当天房紧张客人退房晚影响做卫生干净的房间少，于此前厅部经理细致服务为我升级房间让我按时入住房间休息。经理灵活，变通的做法值得赞一个，没有让我等赶紧房间出来再入住。酒店大气环境优美，房间设施齐全，床上用品舒适，适合度假亲自出行首选酒店，我下次到杭州再选本酒店。祝酒店生意兴隆，万事大吉！
