位置很好强推！东站坐1号线到龙翔桥站C出口穿过马路一抬头就能看到宾馆的大招牌，对面是知味观总店，再走几步就是西湖湖滨了，三天两夜的行程每天几乎都是以这个方式开启游览模式的哈！周围的几个公交站点比如一公园站，平海路站，延安路湖滨站等等都可以去到各大景点。工作人员服务也不错，有寄包服务，打扫卫生的阿姨看到我们退房了主动打招呼说再见，延时退房稍微有点小插曲，感谢经理先生的友好协调。

地理位置非常好火车站下来坐1号线就可以到出地铁口过个十字路口就能找到四周都是商圈奢侈品店.知味观采芝斋外婆家KFC麦当劳等都在周边.出酒店步行几十米就是西湖.服务态度也好热情周到设施也好.总体非常满意.
