    酒店位于西湖大道，旁边就是公交站和南宋御街，交通便利。房间超大，新中式风格深得我心。楼层也较高，显得有档次。卫生间双台盆、智能马桶、浴缸🛁、淋浴房一应俱全。三人入住很宽敞。服务态度很好，有求必应，节日期间还送了免费小食和饮料🥤。说说缺点：1. 没有行李架；2.台盆柜太浅，容易溅水；3.花洒🚿水量不大 ，估计花洒有点问题（雨淋喷头水量很大）；4.纸巾少，应该在卫生间放一盒；5.台盆柜附近缺垃圾桶，卫生间只有一个垃圾桶不够用；6.因为酒店在路口，所以晚上有点吵，只能关紧门窗稍微好一点。总之，酒店值得推荐！

    每次回杭州都住这里，老市中心，离西湖直线距离几百米，清河坊板块边上，和我家里老宅旧址很近，房间装修是我喜欢的风格，新中式，卫浴洁具都不错，早餐没吃，不知道能不能加床，门口可以停七八辆小车

    和朋友出游，定了这家的标间，房间设施挺新的，而且标间的面积很大，房间和卫生间都很大，也很干净，是我喜欢的装修风格～酒店的服务也不错，前台响应很及时，早上的早餐送到了房间，两人份分量很足；交通方面附近有地铁站，离西湖也就一两公里路，逛逛就到了，总的来说很满意

    酒店地理位置超好，南宋御街入口就在酒店背后，出门左转就是。随然在马路边，但隔音效果好，不影响休息，枕头柔软蓬松。房间装修风格大气高雅。走廊音乐温柔舒适。服务人员见你都主动的打招呼，保洁阿姨也是这样。另外临走还赠送了小礼物，加农夫山泉矿泉水。太贴心温暖了。热情让人感动。原来住过不少五星级酒店，御街一号真是特别记忆深刻的一家。有打算游玩河坊街夜市的朋友们都住在这里，不会错的

    这里地理位置优越。南宋御街就在酒店背后，出门左转就是，虽然马路边，但隔音效果非常好，夜间睡觉安静，枕头柔软蓬松。房间环境也高大上，真是意外极了，比民宿好一百倍。就是五星级酒店的环境和管理。房间走廊音乐舒缓放松。服务人员见到你就主动问好。保洁阿姨也是能主动帮你。另外最后离店，还赠送了小礼物，更是开心不得了。假如你打算玩河坊街南宋御街，就住这里吧，不会错。
