    酒店整体挺好的 装修看着舒服 服务态度很好很耐心很舒心 大厅一走进去就是沁人心脾的香味 闻着很放松的感觉 还有机器人服务很省心 续房的话也很方便 前台很诚恳 整体感觉很不错 喜欢😍

    酒店位置很好，大堂环境干净整洁，距离六号线地铁也很方便，前台服务超级好，特别热情和耐心，房间卫生很干净整洁，洗漱用品很精致，床品睡着特别柔软超级舒服，房间窗户挺大通风效果很棒，晚上睡觉很安静，设施设备很新，有种回到家的感觉，很温馨，值得入住，下次还会再来，也会介绍朋友来，早餐品种挺多，尤其是手抓饼很好吃，办理入住时前台有介绍，整体酒店服务人员都很棒，见面都很热情的打招呼，酒店有提供免费自助洗衣服务，适合多天入住，酒店周边超市和吃饭的地方都特别方便，酒店有免费停车场很方便。

    1、位置优越交通便利，3条地铁站出门几分钟就走到了。 1.酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服。前台人员服务都很好，很主动，热情。早餐不错，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。 2.价格在市区中不算贵，住宿的环境、卫生等比同价的快捷酒店好多了，服务态度规范，值得推荐，虽然装修时间比较长，但是无异味，这是优点。 3.性价比很高的三星级酒店 房间非常干净 服务总台的人员热情服务态度亲切感 非常好

    一直以来都选择住这家酒店，酒店有机器人送外卖到房间，感觉特别方便，现在疫情期间与人无接触送达也感觉特别安全。进出酒店，也经常能看到工作人员定时在消毒，电梯里上上下下都有看到消毒清洁的记录和消毒用品提供，比较让人放心入住，服务也比较贴心，住得多了和工作人员也熟悉，每位服务员都比较热情，有时候衣服放在自助洗衣房来不及洗，工作人员都会帮我洗好烘干送到房间里，值得推荐入住。

    多次入住了，非常不错的酒店，环境非优雅，走进酒店大堂首先感受到的就是舒服干净，前台小姐姐服务也是非常热情，外面天气非常热，小姐姐贴心的送上冰镇酸梅汤，还有小零食提供，感觉很棒，房间设施比较新，物品摆放的整整齐齐，窗户很大通风效果很好，洗漱用品很精致，客服阿姨很有礼貌，见面都会主动向你打招呼，用餐环境干净舒适，特别喜欢吃他们家的鸡汤面，味道棒极了，给厨师点个大大的赞，酒店周边有小超市、吃饭的地方也非常便捷。酒店三楼晚上还放映免费电影，提供茶歇，简直是工作一天回来放松的好去处。酒店还提供单车免费租赁，下次有机会可以骑着单车去旁边的网红花海逛逛。酒店有免费停车场，车位很充足。整个酒店环境和卫生以及服务都超级好，下次到杭州还会继续选择这家酒店，强烈推荐。
