环境还不错，朋友住房车还带院子，就是我们住的临湖木屋秋千房卫生间有异味。印象最深的是酒店服务，尤其要表扬沐小月，出发前温馨提示，发信息均秒回，退房时拉在房间的耳机充电线，及时查询，快速返还，感谢啦！下次来帐篷烧烤还找你

适合亲子游，周围环境优美，房车干净整洁，管家服务也很贴心，美中不足的是停车问题，附近车位紧张，停在很远很远的停车场，如果能为住宿客人限时预留停车位就有完美。

环境很好！就在湘湖边上，来遛娃大户外再合适不过了！孩子玩的很开心，但基本也就沙坑和蹦床。几辆小车都是坏的，也不维修可能是摆设？问工作人员就说不知道。提前买了帐篷和下午茶的套餐，两三点去的，就剩下最后一个角落里的，后来风太大有工作人员来协调换了个位置，好嘛帐篷就没有了，因为套餐里是有帐篷使用费这一项目的，反正最终也没有下文，协调沟通无疾而终。这个价格住房车，性价比真不高，总之也算是体验过了。最后要感谢小果，包落在房车了，感谢沐小果帮忙寄出！

🚗 交通：便利，杭州市区大约40分钟 🧹卫生：房车内比较卫生 🍃环境：湘湖景区内，房车在湖畔风景优美视野开阔。 🔔服务：管家小落非常贴心，到达景区停车场时没有车位，管家会神速安排好代泊人员和接驳车，有亲子活动会提前微信提醒督促我们准时参加。有合理需要也都尽量满足。体验感非常不错。小缺点：唯一不足的是酒店餐厅让人感觉不太舒适，早餐的品质与卫生方面有些薄弱，不过相对于这样的性价比，可以理解。希望有改进啦～

时隔一年再次来到沐心岛，给了很多惊喜！餐饮上大幅度提高，菜量很大，烧的口味也很好！服务上暖心很多，这次的管家小果温暖又细心，给孩子们烟花篝火安排，还写春联安排！温馨很多！周边的风景一如既往的好，生态环境应该提升了，早起一个人在湖边，看到鱼跃水面很惊喜！
