柏悦应该是我到目前为止住过设计感和服务态度最好的酒店了！照片中大堂小姐姐优雅甜美服务态度很赞！美雅布的设计高级奢华大气不俗气！早餐也很棒，48楼台景色也很美！

酒店位置很好 紧邻万象城 地下直通地铁2、4号线 交通方便
就是门口容易走乱 封闭式的 没有服务人员的话很难找到门口… 高层景观很棒 就是这几天赶的天气不是太好 一直没有太阳 早餐总类很多 水果很新鲜 客房硬件设施很好 智能马桶、窗帘 退房也很方便 不用等查房 直接拎行李就可以走了 消费金额会在支付宝扣掉 不愧为马大大的地盘 赞 。

酒店装潢风格和上海环球金融中心的柏悦酒店差不多，一楼大厅一如既往的高，少了人形雕塑，孩子也不会怕，挺好的。入住上37楼，前台非常热情，而且可以扫码飞猪免押金入住，很方便，地段不错，靠近钱塘江，绿化很好，所以空气也很好，适合悠闲的散散步?? 从酒店1楼直接坐电梯到B1就到万象城了，吃饭很方便，本以为清明节期间要排队，结果意外的人不多。房间也很宽敞，虽然照明设备出了点问题但很快来人修好了。自助早餐在48楼，视野很不错！还送了小朋友的洗漱用品，非常感谢?? 以后有机会还会再去的。

办理入住时的前台靓女服务态度特别好，是本次入住最加分的，但并不是所有的都这么好。早餐品种虽然不多，但很棒，提办入时在前台提前一天预订会比较实惠。酒店装修看起来很美，但房间偏小，淋浴间设施一般。第一晩淋浴的坏了，第二天被告知是整层楼的淋浴系统出了故障，好在第二天修好了，但还是影响了入住体验。整体感觉服务人员比别的城市柏悦服务要冷淡些。
