房间卫生整洁，但洗浴空间过小，房间空调有问题，晚上入住，空调一直在25度换（14楼房间，隔壁房间也如此）及以上，被安排换至15楼，入住时感觉还行，但12点后温度又控制不了，几乎跟室外同温。15楼房间的卫生间和浴室没有独立房间，只是隔间，使用时对房间内有影响。退房时前台说抱歉，以后一定改进。给了两张大堂半岛咖啡券以示补偿。
整体服务态度很好，只是设备不给力。预定房间没有早餐339房价，感觉高了。
从地图上看，旁边是浙大的一个校区，正赶上学校报到。
