大家注意了，这家实际上和华美达酒店没有任何关系的。我们是误看了名字，才入住这家的，应该说挺失望的。酒店离西湖还是挺近的，要不是节日，这个价格估计是没有人会选择入住的。双标放的床十分的小，宽度只有1.1，我们定了两天的，到店看的不满意，酒店表示已经在艺龙付款了，不能退房，哪怕退一天也不行。应该说对于前台的回复和态度我们十分不满意的。
